I ordered 2 of theses beds--at least I thought I was ordering the beds. The picture shows Head and Foot board but after i had ordered, I noticed the picture said "Twin Headboard". I contacted this Seller to tell them I was confused--the product is called "Lindsey DUO" so I thought I was getting "DUO"--2--pieces but the picture only said "Twin Headboard". I told them I wanted to cancel my order if I was not gettingthe whole bed I thought I was getting. They wrote back saying they had already shipped it so I could not cancel. 'Oh Well' I thought,'it'll look OK with just the headboard'. Well, I got my order today, They must've sent me the FOOTBOARD, not the Headbaord. The product spec on their page says '36 inches Wide, 54 inches High' but the one I got was 38 1/2 inches Wide and only 36 inches High--too short to be a headboard. And I can only email them. There is no contact phone number.I don't need this kind of aggravation or trouble. Now, I have to follow-up until this is resolved. Not worth the hassel. I wish I had nver ordered these from this company.
